국문 초록

본 연구는 초등교사의 놀이미술에 대한 인식과 놀이미술활동을 통한 아동 문제행동 지도 방안을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 G도 G시와 S시에 소재한 초등교사 9명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 2019년 5월 4일부터 2019년 8월 25일까지 개별 및 그룹 심층면담을 실시하여 질적 연구로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 초등 교사들은 놀이미술에 대하여 아동들이 흥미로워하고 재미있게 즐길 수 있는 생동감 넘치는 신체미술활동이라고 하였다. 그리고 놀이미술을 통하여 아동들은 친구들과의 상호작용 속에서 정서적 안정감을 느낄 수 있을 뿐 만 아니라 창의성, 융통성, 자율적인 생각도 가질 수 있다고 하였다. 둘째, 초등 교사들은 놀이미술활동을 통한 아동 문제행동에 대한 지도 방안으로 친구들과 자연스럽게 어울릴 수 있도록 긍정적인 관계형성의 기회와 환경을 만들어 주어야 한다고 하였다. 또한 문제행동을 가지고 있는 아동에게 교사가 관심을 가져주고 즐거운 몰입을 경험하도록 해 주면 놀이에 자발적으로 참여할 수 있는 아동을 발견할 수 있다고 하였다. 마지막으로 가족이나 전문가에게 협력을 요청해서 아동이 지니고 있는 개인의 이해와 주변 환경에 대한 이야기를 들어 지도 방안을 모색한다고 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out elementary school teachers perception of play art and teaching methods for children s problem behavior through play art activities. To this end, the qualitative research was conducted using individual and group in-depth interviews from May 4, 2019 to August 25, 2019, targeting the research participants of 9 elementary school teachers who worked in G city and S city of G-do. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, elementary school teachers said that play art was a lively physical art activity that children could enjoy interesting and fun. And through play art, children could not only feel emotional stability in their interactions with friends, but they could develop creativity, flexibility, and autonomous thoughts as well. Secondly, elementary school teachers said that they should create opportunities and environments for forming positive relationships so that they could naturally hang out with friends as a teaching method for children s problem behavior through play art activities. It also said that if teachers were interested in children with problem behavior and allowed them to experience pleasant immersion, they voluntarily participated in the play. Finally, it suggested that they should seek solutions by asking for cooperation with family or experts and listening to the individual s interests and surroundings of children.
