국문 초록

본 연구에서는 성인장애인이 겪는 차별경험과 관련되는 사회인구학 특성, 건강특성, 장애특성을 파악하는데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단에서 2017년도 구축한 장애인 고용패널조사 2차 wave 2차 조사 자료 중 성인 장애인(20세~54세) 3,103명을 추출하여 분석에 이를 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 차별 경험의 차이를 보면 여성 장애인, 20세~29세의 장애인, ‘중졸 이하’ 장애인, 배우자가 없는 장애인, ‘비경제활동’ 장애인, 수급자인 경우, 하층이라고 인식하는 장애인, 광역시권에 거주하는 장애인이 차별 경험이 더 많았으며, 둘째, 건강특성에 따른 차별 경험의 차이를 보면 주관적 건강상태에 따라 ‘매우 좋지 않다’, 장애 호전 정도‘악화/진행 중이다’라고 응답한 경우가, 장애로 인한 타인 도움 수준이 ‘매우 필요하다.’, 고 응답한 성인장애인의 차별 경험이 가장 많았다. 셋째, 장애특성에 따른 차별 경험의 차이를 파악한 결과, 정기적 치료가 필요한 장애인, 장애 유형에 따라 감각 장애 및 정신적 장애가 있는 경우, 중증 장애인, 중복장애가 있는 장애인이 없는 장애인에 비해 차별 경험이 더 많았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify social demographic characteristics, health characteristics and disability characteristics related to discrimination experiences of adults with disabilities. To this end, this study extracted 3,103 adults with disabilities (20~54 years) from the 2nd wave 2nd survey data of the employment panel survey of the disabled by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. The differences in experiences of discrimination according to socio-demographic characteristics include women with disabilities, people with disabilities aged 20-29, those with under-junior high school , those without spouses, those with non-economic activities , and those with disabilities, People with disabilities living in metropolitan areas had more discrimination, According to the subjective health status of the health characteristics, the respondents who answered very bad , the degree of disability improvement, deterioration / progression were different, and the level of help for others due to the disability was very necessary . This was the most. Finally, as a result of understanding the difference of discrimination experience according to the characteristics of disability, there were more discrimination experiences than those with disabilities that require regular treatment and those with sensory and mental disorders according to the type of disability.
