품행장애 관련 국내연구의 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 품행장애 관련 국내 학위논문을 분석함으로써 품행장애에 대한 연구동향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 학술연구정보서비스의 DB를 사용하여 국내에서 발표된 51편의 학위논문을 대상으로 연구설계, 연구대상자, 핵심어, 연구자의 전공 및 적용 프로그램을 중심으로 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 연구설계에서는 유사실험연구가 가장 많았으며 조사연구, 상관관계연구 순이었고 연구대상자는 품행장애청소년이 가장 많았으며 품행장애 아동, 품행장애성향 청소년 순이었다. 연구핵심어는 우울이 가장 많았으며 공격성, 학교생활 적응, 미술활동, 성격, 자아존중감, 기질, 문제행동, 양육스트레스, 독서치료 등이 사용되고 있었다. 연구자의 전공은 특수교육학이 가장 많았고 그 다음이 심리학이었다. 적용프로그램에서는 미술치료를 적용한 연구가 가장 많았고 독서치료, 도덕성향상 집단프로그램, 토큰강화기법을 적용한 연구들이 있었다. 본 연구의 제한점을 보완하기 위해 분석대상논문을 다양한 검색사이트의 학술지 논문까지 확대할 필요가 있으며 품행장애를 예방하고 품행장애 대상자에게 적용할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of conduct disorder research on 51 studies, the master s and doctor s dissertations in Korea and to propose a direction of the conduct disorder study. The material used for this study were 51 studies collected from RISS database. The analytic frame of this study is research design, research subjects, keywords, major of researcher and intervention program. Regarding research design, quasi-experimental study was the most used and survey study, correlation study in this order. In the research subject, adolescents with conduct disorder were the most used and child with conduct disorder, adolescents with conduct disorder tendency, in this order. In the keywords, depression was the most used and there were aggression, school adjustment, art treatment, character, self-esteem, temperament, behavioral problem, parenting stress, bibliotherapy, etc. In the major of researcher, special education was the most used and psychology, medicine, in this order. In the intervention program, art treatment was the most used and bibliotherapy, moral improvement group counseling, in this order. The analyzed studies of conduct disorder needs to expanded various web sites. These findings suggest a need to develop appropriate program to prevent conduct disorder and to apply subjects with conduct disorder.
