국문 초록

주거단지는 도심 속에 또 다른 작은 도심을 세우는 개념이다. 자급자족이 가능한 작은 신도시의 개념이며 공공시설과 편의시설을 함께 수용하고 상업과 주거를 갖춘 개념이다. 도심 속의 또 다른 작은 도심으로 세워지는 주거단지는 우리 미래를 위한 새로운 주거 형태로 바뀌어 가는 과정으로 설명가능하다. 본 논문은 주거단지의 외부공간을 대상으로 노마디즘적 사고를 중심으로 하는 지역간 커뮤니티의 활성화와 공간의 지속적 활용을 위한 특성을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유동성, 일시성, 비위계성과 같은 노마디즘의 건축적 표현방식을 주거단지의 외부공간에 접목시켜 장점을 발생시킬 수 있는 방법을 사례를 통하여 분석해 보고 주거단지의 외부공간이 소통의 장으로서의 역할을 구체화 하는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 노마디즘적 사고를 바탕으로 하는 3가지의 표현양상은 단지의 외부공간에 부분적으로 적용되고 있으며, 이와 같은 계획적 특성은 입주민들 간의 소통과 접촉의 증대를 위한 환경을 구축하며, 궁극적으로 단지 내 주민들의 공동체 활성화에 기여하고, 쾌적하고 편안한 주거생활 등에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Housing complexes come from a concept of building small downtown areas within downtown areas. It is a concept of small new cities which can be self-sufficient and it is a concept that combines commerce and living by accommodating both public facilities and convenient facilities. Housing complexes, which are built as small downtown areas within downtown areas, can be explained to be the process of change towards new housing forms for our future. This thesis aims to study the characteristics of the outside spaces of housing complexes for the continuous utilization of space and the vitalization of local communities that focus on nomadic thinking. For this, it grafted architectural expression methods of nomadism such as fluidity, temporality, and non-hierarchical with the outside spaces of housing complexes and analyzed methods with which to generate advantages through cases and observed whether the outside spaces of housing complexes were realizing roles as places of communication. The three modes of expression based on nomadic thinking presented in this study are being partially applied to the outside spaces of complexes and such planned characteristics construct environments for increased communication and contact among residents, ultimately contributing to the community vitalization of residents within the complex, and affecting pleasant and comfortable residential life styles.
