국문 초록

본 연구는 또래관계 증진을 위한 저소득층 아동의 감사프로그램의 효과 연구이다. 감사프로그램을 통해 자신과 타인의 관계에서 감사한 순간과 강점을 찾고, 긍정적인 관계형성을 위해 감사프로그램을 진행하였다. 연구대상은 G시 Y초등학교 3학년에서 6학년까지 저소득층 아동 13명(남: 8명, 여: 5명)에게 12주 동안 감사프로그램을 진행하고, 감사프로그램 효과를 알아보기 위해 자아탄력성, 사회적지지의 영역을 살펴보았다. 감사프로그램은 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 영역으로 구성되었으며, 첫째, 인지적 영역에서는 감사의 의미, 감사의 필요성과 효과에 대해 인식하도록 하고, 정서적 영역에서는 자신을 둘러싸고 있는 환경과 상황에서 감사하는 마음을 찾아 긍정적인 정서를 표현하도록 하였다. 행동적 영역에서는 환경에 대한 감사를 구체적으로 실천하고 표현하여 긍정적인 정서를 직접 경험하도록 하였다. 프로그램 연구결과, 감사프로그램에 참여한 저소득층 아동들은 스트레스 상황에서 보다 건강하게 대처할 수 있는 자아탄력성 및 사회적지지에서 효과적이었다. 이는 감사프로그램을 통해 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록 심리적으로 편안하다고 느꼈으며, 이를 통해, 현재 빈곤한 환경에 대한 원망보다는 감사할 수 있는 다양한 상황과 환경을 찾게 되고 일상생활에서도 감사를 실천하는 의미 있는 활동이 되었다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of audit programs for low-income children to promote peer relationships. Through the audit program, we found gratitude moments and strengths in our relationship with others and conducted an audit program to build a positive relationship. The subjects of the study were 12-week audit programs for 13 low-income children (male: 8, female: 5) from grades 3 to 6 of Y elementary school in G city. In order to examine the effectiveness of the audit program, we examined the areas of self-elasticity and social support. The audit program consists of cognitive, emotional and behavioral areas. First, in the cognitive realm, we recognized the meaning of audit, the necessity and effect of auditing, and in the emotional realm, we expressed gratitude in the environment and circumstances surrounding ourselves and expressed positive emotions. In the behavioral field, the appreciation of the environment was specifically implemented and expressed so that positive emotions could be experienced directly. As a result of the program research, low-income children who participated in the audit program were effective in supporting their self-elasticity and social support to cope with health more in stressful situations. The more social support he received from the audit program, the more he felt psychologically comfortable. At present, we find various situations and circumstances that can be appreciated rather than resentment for the poor environment.
