가정과 학교의 친인권적 문화가 인권교육을 통해 인권의식에 미치는 구조적 영향관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 친인권적 가정문화와 친인권적 학교문화, 인권교육의 참여 횟수와 만족도, 인권의식 간의 구조적 관계를 확인함으로써, 아동 및 청소년의 인권의식 발달을 위해 어떤 지원을 해야 할지에 대한 시사점을 얻는 데 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동 및 청소년은 연평균 1.8회 정도의 인권교육에 참여하고 있고, 인권교육에 대한 만족도는 2.76이다. 둘째, 친인권적 가정문화와 친인권적 학교문화는 모두 인권교육 참여 횟수와 인권교육 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 그리고 인권교육 참여 횟수는 인권의식에 정적인 영향을 미치지만, 인권교육 만족도는 인권의식에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 인권교육만족도는 친인권적 가정문화 및 친인권적 학교문화와 인권의식을 매개하지 않지만, 인권교육 참여 횟수는 부분매개효과가 있다. 그러나 간접적인 영향력보다 직접적인 영향력이 크다. 연구 결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 아동 및 청소년의 인권의식을 향상시키기 위해서는 인권교육의 참여 횟수를 증가시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 인권의식 향상을 위해서는 인권교육만큼 중요한 것이 가정과 학교의 친인권적 문화이므로, 학부모와 학교교사를 대상으로 한 인권교육을 현재보다 더 많이 제공할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the structural influencing relation between family culture and school culture of highly human rights, frequency and satisfaction of human rights education, human rights consciousness, And it’s to search implications how support for develop human rights consciousness of children and teenagers. The result of this study is as follows. First, children and teenagers participated in human rights education of 1.8 times a year, and its satisfaction is 2.76. Sceond, both family culture and school culture of highly human rights has positive impact on frequency and satisfaction of human rights education. And frequency of human rights education has positive impact on human rights consciousness, but satisfaction of human rights education affects nothing to human rights consciousness. Third, satisfaction of human rights education not mediated between family culture and school culture of highly human rights, and human rights consciousness. But frequency of human rights education has partial mediating effects. Most important thing is that direct influence was larger than indirect. So, this study shall be proposed as follows. First, to develop human rights consciousness of children and teenagers should increase frequency of human rights education. Second, to improve human rights consciousness, family culture and school culture of highly human rights need a little more than human rights education, we should provide a lot of opportunities for parents and teachers to educated human rights than is provided at present.
