유아교사의 사회적 지지와 직무수행 효능감 및 주관적 안녕감과의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 사회적 지지와 주관적 안녕감 및 직무수행 효능감과의 관계와 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로 G시의 유아교사 264명을 임의표집 하였고, 유아교사의 사회적 지지, 직무수행 효능감, 주관적 안녕감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지와 직무수행 효능감 및 주관적 안녕감과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유아교사의 사회적 지지는 직무수행 효능감과 주관적 안녕감과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 유아교사의 사회적 지지는 직무수행 효능감과 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 관련 심리적 변인에 대한 객관적인 자료를 마련하고, 직무에 대한 이해를 증진하고 유아교사의 주관적 안녕감을 높일 수 있는 기초 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to identify the social support of early childhood teachers and their relationship and influence on subjective well-being and job performance effects. As a research target, 264 early childhood teachers in G City were randomly collected and surveyed about their social support, job performance efficacy, and subjective well-being. The data collected were correlative and multiple regression analyses of Pearson through the SPSS 18.0 program. The data analysis first examined the relationship between the social support of early childhood teachers and their job performance efficacy and subjective well-being, and found that the social support of early childhood teachers has a significant correlation between their job performance efficacy and subjective well-being. Second, looking at the influence of the social support of the early childhood teachers, the social support of the early childhood teachers was found to be a variable affecting the efficacy of the job performance and subjective well-being. These findings could provide objective data on relevant psychological variables to enhance the quality of life of an infant teacher, and provide basic information to enhance job understanding and enhance the subjective well-being of an early childhood teachers.
