국문 초록

본 연구는 공동육아에 참여하는 부모들의 공동체 안에서의 경험과 그들의 학습에 대한 관심에서 출발하며 육아 공동체 속에서의 학습과정이 어떻게 드러나며, 그러한 참여가 어떤 방식으로 본인의 육아 철학에 영향을 미치게 되었는지를 살펴보았다. 공동육아에서의 공동체 활동으로 조합원들은 다음과 같이 그들의 양육방식에 변화를 겪는다. 먼저 ‘주변적인 참여’에서 ‘주도적 참여’로의 변화이며 둘째 ‘학부모’에서 ‘부모’로의 변화이다. 셋째, ‘부모시각’에서 ‘아이시각’으로의 변화이다. 넷째는 ‘내 아이’에서 ‘우리 아이’로의 변화이며 마지막으로는 육아의 몫이 ‘엄마’에서 ‘아마’로의 변화이다. 본 연구를 통해 결과적으로 발견된 것들을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동육아를 지향하는 어린이집에서의 학습과정은 부모들이 공동체 구성원들과 상호작용을 하는 과정에서 성찰, 반성작용으로 능동적인 성인학습자로 성장해가는 과정이다. 둘째, 조합원들이 공동육아 어린이집에 잘 적응할 때 중요한 것은 다른 조합원과의 인간적인 만남과 그 안에서의 의사소통이었다. 셋째, 조합원들은 교육을 통해 새로운 것을 학습하는 것을 넘어서서 그러한 경험에 의미를 찾고 자신을 반성할 때 본인 스스로 변화하는 계기가 되며 결국에 이것은 자신의 삶과 양육 방식에 일정한 영향력을 끼친다.

영문 초록

This study looked at how the learning process in the parenting community was revealed and how such participation affected one s philosophy of parenting, starting with the experience of the parents participating in the co-parenting and their interest in learning. With community activities in co-parenting, members undergo changes in their parenting styles as follows. First, it is a shift from ambiguous participation to prudent participation and second, from adult parents to parent. Third, it is a change from parent to eye view . The fourth is the change from my child to our child, and the last is the change from mother to probably. The results of this study show that: First, the learning process at daycare centers toward co-rearing is a process in which parents grow into active adult learners through reflection and reflection in their interaction with community members. Second, when members are well adapted to a co-cultivation daycare center, what is important is human contact with other members and communication within them. Third, members go beyond learning new things through education, and when they look for meaning in such experiences and reflect on themselves, they change themselves, which in turn has a certain influence on their life and parenting style.
