국문 초록

메이커 교육과 같은 새로운 교육과정 실행에서 교사 변인의 파악을 강조하는 연구들이 중요하다. 따라서 중학교 기술교사의 메이커교육에 대한 관심도와 실행수준을 파악하는 일은 메이커 교육의 효과적인 실행에 매우 중요하다. 이 연구는 관심기반수용모형을 사용하여 지역별 유층표집한 중학교 기술교사 400명을 대상으로 메이커 교육에 대한 실행수준을 분석하고 관심도와 실행수준에 대해 상관분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 교사의 실행수준은 0단계 실행하지 않는 단계에 머물러 있었다. 개인배경변인 중 성별, 교직경력, 연수경험유무는 교사의 실행수준에 영향을 미치는 반면에 근무도시는 교사의 실행수준에 영향을 미치지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 중학교 기술교사의 메이커교육에 대한 관심도와 실행수준의 관계는 상관계수가 .752로 유의수준 0.5에서 강한 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타나며 서로 상호작용하는 관계임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 중학교 기술교사에게 메이커 교육에 대한 다양한 정보, 교수·학습 및 평가 자료를 제공하여 전반적인 관심도를 높여 실제 교육현장에서 메이커 교육의 실행수준을 높여야 한다. 또한 추후 연구를 통해 실행형태를 분석하여 메이커교육의 효과적인 정착을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The importance of studies understanding teacher variables in implementing new curriculum, such as maker education, is being emphasized. Therefore, identifying the level of use and stage of concern of maker education by middle school technical teachers is very important for effective implementation of maker education. Using the Concerns-Based Adoption Model, This study was conducted on 400 middle school technical teachers who collected subsurface samples by region using the concerns-based adoption model to analyze the level of use of the maker education and to correlate the stage of concern with level of use. The study found that the teacher s level of execution remained in a non-executive phase. The study found that the teacher s level of use remained in a non-executive phase. Studies have shown that It was found that gender, teaching experience, and training experience among individual background changes affect the teacher s level of use, while the service chart does not affect the teacher s level of use. the relationship between Stage of Concern and Level of Use of middle school technology teachers in the Maker education is an interaction with each other, with a correlation coefficient of .752 showing a strong correlation (high correlation) at a significant level of 0.5. Therefore, by providing various information, teaching, learning and evaluation materials on maker education to middle school technology teachers, Level of Use of implementation of maker education at the actual educational site should be raised by increasing the overall Stage of Concern. It will also have to analyze Innovation Configuration through further study to make efforts for effective settlement of maker education
