간호대학생의 문제중심학습 프로그램 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 문제중심학습(PBL) 프로그램을 적용한 후 대조군과 자기주도적 학습능력, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향의 차이를 비교함으로써 문제중심학습 프로그램의 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구대상자는 B시의 2개 대학 간호학과 3학년 학생으로 실험군 69명, 대조군 70명으로 총 139명이었다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 사전, 사후설계 연구이다. 자료수집은 실험군과 대조군에게 PBL 프로그램 전과 프로그램 종료 후에 동일한 설문지를 배부하여 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 카이제곱검정, 독립표본 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 문제중심학습 프로그램을 실시한 실험군은 대조군에 비해 자기주도적 학습능력(t=-3.838, p<.001), 문제해결능력(t=-4.022, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(t=-2.321, p=.022)이 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생을 대상으로 PBL 프로그램을 적용하고 다양한 요인의 효과를 확인하는 반복연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the problem-based learning program by comparing the difference between the control group, self-directed learning ability, problem solving ability and critical thinking disposition after applying the problem-based learning(PBL) program. The subjects of this study were the third year students of the nursing department of two universities in B city, 69 in experimental group and 70 in control group. The study design is a pre- and post-design study of inequality control. The study design is a pre- and post-design study of inequality control. Data collection was conducted by distributing the same questionnaire to the experimental and control groups before and after the PBL program. The data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, chi-square test, and independent sample t-test using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result, the experimental group with problem-based learning program showed self-directed learning ability(t =-3.838, p<.001), problem solving ability(t=-4.022, p <.001), and critical thinking disposition(t=-2.321, p= .022) was significantly improved. Based on this study, it is necessary to repeat the study of applying the PBL program to the nursing students and confirming the effects of various factors.
