대학생의 노인체육 관련 수업 수강에 따른노인태도와 지도자 신념에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인체육과 관련된 수업을 한 대학생들의 노인에 대한 태도와 앞으로 노인체육지도자의 신념에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 대학의 노인체육 관련된 수업의 필요성과 젊은 세대의 노인에 대한 긍정적인 태도 및 신념을 마련해 주는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 노인체육과 관련된 수업을 수강한 학생 128명과 수강하지 않은 122명 총 250명으로 설문지를 조사연구 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인체육관련 수업 수강유무에 따라 노인에 대한 태도는 성별에 따라서도 유의하지 않았고, 전체적으로 모두 수강경험을 가진 학생들이 선행연구와는 다르게 수강하지 않은 대학생들에 비해 노인에 대한 태도에 대해 부정적 응답이 더 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였으나 몇몇 항목을 제외하고는 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 둘째, 노인체육관련 수업을 수강한 남녀학생 모두 예비 노인체육지도자로서의 신념이 긍정적으로 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 노인체육관련 수업수강은 대학생들의 지도자 신념에 정적 상관관계가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine how the university students who took classes related to elderly sports influence their attitudes toward the elderly and their faith. Therefore, it aimed to provide the necessity of classes related to the elderly sports in the university and to prepare a positive attitude and belief of the young generation. The results of this study were as follows; First, attitudes toward the elderly were not significant according to gender. Overall, the students who took the senior classes had a higher negative response to the attitude toward the elderly than the college students who did not. But it is not statistically significant. This was different from previous studies. Second, both male and female students who took related the elderly sports classes showed positive beliefs as preliminary senior sports leaders and were statistically significant. Third, senior sports related classes had a positive correlation with the leadership beliefs of college students.
