국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 문제해결능력, 셀프리더십 및 자아존중감의 수준을 확인하고 셀프리더십과 자아존중감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 것이다. B광역시 소재 일개 간호대학에서 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집이 진행되었으며, 3,4학년에 재학 중인 212명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0으로 기술통계, 독립표본 t- 검정, 일원분산분석(one way ANOVA), 피어슨 상관계수(Pearsoncorrelation coefficient), 다중회귀분석(hierarchical multiple regression)을 이용하였다. 문제해결능력은 셀프리더십, 자아존중감과 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 간 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 문제해결능력의 영향요인은 자아존중감(β=.378), 셀프리더십(β=.346)이었으며, 총 설명력은 38.0%였다. 본 연구의 결과에 근거하여 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 높이기 위하여 자아존중감과 셀프리더십을 높이는 전략이 함께 구축될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore effects of self-leadership and self-esteem on problem solving ability. Data were collected from nursing students attending one colleges in B metropolitan, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Scheffe test, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. problem solving ability showed statistical differences according to One s own, health status, College life satisfaction, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction. problem solving ability was positively correlated with self-leadership(r=.500, p<.001) and self-esteem(r=.527, p<.001). The affecting factors on problem solving ability were self-esteem(β=.378), self-leadership(β=.346). These variables explained 38.0% of total variance on the problem solving ability. Therefore, to enhance the problem solving ability of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and implement experiential learning-based curriculum and comparative educational programs promoting self-esteem and self-leadership.
