국문 초록

본 연구는 중년 이상 기관지확장증 환자들의 합병증 예방을 위한 건강행위와 관련된 인자들을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 자료는 K 지역에 소재한 2개 종합병원에 내원한 환자들 115명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 자료분석은 연구대상자의 기관지확장증의 폐재활과 건강행위와의 관계를 분석하기 위해 상관분석을 시행하였다. 한편 폐재활 건강행위에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수면상태는 약간 부족하다가 40.9%로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음은 적절하다가 31.3%, 매우 부족하다가 27.8% 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지압성과 근육강화는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=0.17, p<.05). 셋째, 기관지확장증 합병증 예방에 선정된 변수들에 의해 38.5% 설명되었다. 넷째, 근육강화는 0.31로 가장 영향력이 있는 변수였으며 유의한 것으로 나타났다(p=.01). 따라서 도출된 결과 폐재활 생존율을 높이기 위한 실행은 근육강화를 지속적으로 실천할 때 효과가 있기 때문에 건강행위에 대한 인식을 높이고 실천을 유도하는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was performed to identify the factors related to health behavior to prevent complications in patients with bronchiectasis of middle age or older. Data were surveyed using surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 115 patients who visited two general hospitals located in K area. Data analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the pulmonary rehabilitation of bronchial tubes and their health behaviors in study subjects. On the other hand, multiple. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, in the quality of sleep, the highest rate was 40.9 percent of the respondents who were sleep deprived. The following was presented by 31.3% and 27.8%, respectively. Secondly, pressure and muscle strength showed a significant correlation(r=0.17, p<.05). Thirdly, 38.5% was explained by selected variables for preventing complications of bronchiectasis. Fourthly, muscle strengthening was the most influential variable with 0.31 and it turned out to be significant. The practice of increasing the survival rate of lung rehabilitation is effective when the muscle strengthening is implemented continuously. Therefore, it should raise awareness about health behaviors and prepare measures to encourage implementation.
