대학 교수자를 위한 플립드 러닝 수업설계 가이드 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 플립드 러닝의 지침을 포함하고 대학 교수자의 요구사항을 반영한 플립드 러닝 수업설계 가이드를 개발하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 플립드 러닝 설계 원리 또는 플립드 러닝 설계 전략에 관한 선행 연구에 포함된 지침들을 검토하였다. 검토된 지침 중 효과적인 플립드 러닝의 구성요소와 밀접하게 관련이 있다고 연구자가 판단한 지침들을 최종 선정하였다. 플립드 러닝 수업설계 가이드에 대한 교수자의 요구사항을 도출하기 위하여 플립드 러닝 수업 경험이 있는 대학 교수자 6명을 면담하였다. 도출된 플립드 러닝의 지침과 교수자의 요구사항을 포함하는 1차 플립드 러닝 수업설계 가이드를 개발하였다. 개발된 가이드의 타당성 검증과 가이드 수정을 위해 전문가 검토 2회와 사용성 평가 2회를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 플립드 러닝 수업설계 가이드는 45쪽 분량의 인쇄물 형태이며, 분석과 설계단계에 따른 내용으로 구성되었다. 분석에서는 학습자 분석, 환경 분석, 내용 분석에 대한 활동이 포함된다. 설계에서는 플립드 러닝 적용 내용 및 수업 유형 선정, 수업 유형별(일반형 플립드 러닝, 토론형 플립드 러닝, 문제중심학습형 플립드 러닝) 설계 활동이 포함된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to develop the flipped learning instruction design guide that includes the guidelines of flipped learning and reflects the professor s requirements. In order to achieve the research purpose, we reviewed the guidelines of flipped learning included in the previous research about the design principle of flipped learning or flipped design strategy. Of the reviewed guidelines, we finally selected the guidelines judged by the researcher to be closely related to good component of flipped learning. In order to deduce professor s requirement of flipped learning instruction design guide, we interviewed 6 university professors with instructional experience of flipped learning. We developed the first flipped learning instruction design guide to include the deduced instruction of flipped learning and to include professor s requirement. For verifying the validity of developed guide and correcting the guide, we made 2 reviews of expert and 2 evaluation of usability. Research results are as following. The flipped learning instruction design guide is a print material of 45 pages. The guide covers both the analysis phase and design phase of instructional design for a flipped learning. The analysis phase includes the learner analysis, the environmental analysis, and the content analysis. The design phase includes the selection of content for flipped learning, the detailed instructional design based on the instructional type. There are three instructional types: the general flipped learning, the debate flipped learning, and the problem-based learning flipped learning.
