간호대학생의 공감과 비판적 사고가 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 공감과 비판적 사고가 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 시도되었다. 자료는 2018년 10월 19일부터 2018년 10월 25일까지 간호대학생 182명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였고, SPSS Win Version 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 다른 생명의료윤리의식의 차이에서는 종교, 학고선택 동기, 대학생활만족도, 윤리관련 교과목 수강에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식은 공감과 비판적 사고와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향요인으로는 공감, 비판적 사고, 윤리관련 교과목 수강과 종교로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 15.5%였다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식을 높이기 위해서는 정서적 공감과 비판적 사고를 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 추가적으로 생명의료윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in inflammatory response(TNF-α, IL-6) in males in their 30’s, by presenting them with acute aerobic exercises. The subjects were asked to perform treadmill running at VO2max 50%(300kcal consumption time, treadmill) in three different conditions: 1) NWI: Non-water intake, 2) PWI: Pre-water intake, 3) PMWI: Pre, Mid-water intake. A single group performed three exercise and water ingestion treatments. Two weeks of rest interval between examinations were carried out to minimize the psychological and physiological effects of previous examinations. There was a significant difference in the effect of exercise duration (TNF-α: p＜.001, IL-6: p＜.001) and a significant difference in exercise group effect(IL-6: p＜.01). While maintaining high exercise intensity and exercise, there was not much intake due to water loss. As the inflammatory response of exercise treatment can be seen with different results depending on water intake, even though it was the same target through acute aerobic exercise, sufficient water intake will be required depending on the water loss caused by heat and sweat, especially during the summer when the temperature rises.
