잠재적 성형의료관광객의 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 외모가 경쟁력이 되고 능력으로 평가 받는 사회에서 성형미용을 추구하는 비중은 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 또한 상대방으로 부터 호감을 느끼고 외모에 대한 콤플랙스와 단점을 보완하기 위해 성형미용을 선택하는 경우도 흔히 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 한, 중 잠재적 의료관광객이 미용성형 이용동기, 혜택요인, 고려요인의 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 실증적 조사를 통해 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구를 위한 설문은 한국, 중국인을 대상으로 총 212명에게 조사 응답을 받아 실시하였다. 조사에 따른 분석을 위해 SPSS 14.0 버전을 사용하였으며, 기술통계 분석, 요인분석 그리고 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 이용동기, 혜택요인, 고려요인의 하위 요인 중 이용 동기는 심리적 동기, 혜택요인은 감성적 혜택, 정보적 혜택요인이 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이 연구는 한, 중 세대간 의료관광 이용목적의 의도 파악과 선호도 분석을 통해 학문적 연구발전의 계기가 될 것으로 보인다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 양국의 잠재적 의료관광객이 추구하는 방향성과 필요성에 있어 유효한 자료로 파악되며 의료기관 및 환자를 유치하는 기관에서 고객이 생각하는 선호와 모객에 활용할 수 있는 마케팅 등의 실무적 자료로 활용가치가 있다고 파악된다.

영문 초록

In a society where appearance becomes competitive and it is considered as the ability, a significant proportion of people seeking for cosmetic surgery accounts for a majority part. Also, peple tend to choose cosmetic surgery to enhance their appearance and improve aesthetic appeal so that others may feel positive affection towards them. The purpose of this study is to deduce implications through empirical investigation to identify the effects of Korean and Chinese potential cosmetic surgery tourists on usage motivation, benefit factor, consideration factor, and use intention of cosmetic surgery Survey for this study was conducted by receiving response from total 212 Korean and Chinese people. For an analysis based on the investigation, this study used SPSS 14.0 version, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Among subfactors of usage motivation, benefit factor, and consideration factor, it was identified that psychological motivation makes positive effect on usage motivation and emotional benefit and information benefit factor on emotional benefit. The findings of this are considered as the effective data for direction that potential medical tourists pursue and to be useful as practical data of marketing that medical institution and institutions who attract patients can use for customer preferences when taking tourists.
