장애인 탈시설 지원과 장애인거주시설 이용자의 퇴소 후 자립생활 관련성연구

국문 초록

장애인 탈시설 지원법 개정을 통한 거주시설 개편작업이 진행 중인 시점에 본 연구는 장애인 탈시설에 영향을 주는 직접적 요인으로 시설거주 장애인 가족이 느끼는 장애인 삶의 질과 거주시설에 대한 만족 및 가족생활의 만족도와 간접적 요인으로 장애인 탈시설 지원법 인지여부, 법제정 동의 여부, 자치단체 노력여부 및 자립가능성과 탈시설 동의여부가 퇴소 후 자립생활에 대한 긍정여부와 자립생활 준비 여부에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 설문조사는 2018년 9월 10일부터 10월 12일까지 진행되었으며 활용된 사례는 810명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하였으며 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 조사결과로는 장애인 탈시설에 영향을 미치는 직, 간접적 요인은 퇴소 후 장애인 자립생활 긍정여부와 자립생활 준비여부에 일부 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 이를 통해 장애인의 올바른 지역사회자립생활을 위한 장애인가족 맞춤형 정보제공과 퇴소 전, 후 자립생활을 위한 연계서비스의 개발의 중요성을 확인 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose in the process of reorganization of residential facilities through the revision of the disability assistance act, this study is a direct factor influencing the disability of disabled persons. And indirect factors were attempted to determine the recognition of the disability support law for persons with disabilities, agreement to enact legislation, the efforts of local governments, and the possibility of independence and disagreement on independence life and whether to prepare for independence.The survey was conducted from September 10 to October 12, 2018, and 810 cases were used in the final analysis. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the survey, the direct and indirect factors affecting the disability of the disabled have a positive effect on the affirmation of independence life and the preparation for independence after dismissal. Through this, we confirmed the importance of providing customized information for disabled families and the development of linked services before and after leaving for proper community independence of the disabled.
