국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년기 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 실시하는 부모역할 격려프로그램의 기초연구이다. 청소년기 자녀를 둔 부모역할 격려프로그램은 총 6회기 150분, 주 1회 운영되었으며 참여한 부모 6명이다. 본 프로그램의 목표는 자녀에 대한 이해, 부모 자신에 대한 이해, 부모-자녀 관계에 대한 이해가 있다. 첫째, 청소년기 자녀의 발달적, 심리적인 이해에 대한 내용으로 청소년 문제 경향, 문화에 대해 이해가 있다. 둘째, 부모 자신에 대한 이해에서는 양육신념을 점검하여 부모로서 자녀양육에 대해 탐색한다. 셋째, 부모-자녀 관계에 대한 이해로는 구체적인 격려와 경청 그리고 공감이다. 본 프로그램을 통해 청소년들의 신체적 발달 뿐 아니라 문화·환경적으로 다른 발달 시기와 구분되는 특수성을 가지고 있으며, 청소년기 자녀가 변화의 시기에 잘 적응하고 건강한 발달을 이루어 나가기 위해서는 무엇보다 부모역할의 중요성을 중심으로 청소년기 자녀 및 부모가 가정과 사회에 적응력을 높일 수 있도록 돕고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study is a basic study of parental role encouragement program for parents with adolescent children. The Parent Role Encouragement Program for adolescent children was held 150 times a week for 6 sessions and 6 parents participated. The goal of the program is to understand children, parents themselves, and parent-child relationships. First, it is about the developmental and psychological understanding of adolescent children, and there is an understanding of adolescent problem trends and culture. Second, in the understanding of the parents themselves, the parenting beliefs are examined to explore the child rearing as parents. Third, understanding of parent-child relationships is concrete encouragement, listening and empathy. Through this program, we have a distinctive distinction from other developmental periods, not only physically, but also culturally and environmentally, and the importance of parenthood is essential for adolescent children to adapt well to the time of change and achieve healthy development. It aims to help children and parents of adolescents to adapt to their families and society.
