국문 초록

본 연구는 성인 문해 교과서 제작을 위한 수학과 단원 개발 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존 문해 교과서의 단원을 인정하면서 동시에 초등학교 교육과정과 연계성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문해교육 기존 교과서 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 활용된 분석 기준은 ‘가. 초등학교 교과 교육과정과 연계성, 나. 소망-배움-지혜 간의 학습 위계, 다. 영역 간 비중의 균형성’ 세 가지로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 수와 연산 단원에 치중하였던 기존 수학과 문해 교육과정과 달리 도형, 측정, 규칙성 등 다양한 영역이 균형적으로 제시될 필요가 있다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 이에 더하여 각 핵심개념을 기준으로 학년별 교과서에서 다루어야 할 영역의 범위를 균형적으로 설계하고 예시하였다. 이러한 다양한 영역을 학습함으로서 문해 교육과정 학습자는 편중된 수학 교육 내용에서 벗어나 다양한 영역에서 핵심개념을 이해하고 이를 일상생활에 적용할 수 있는 능력을 함양할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development plan of the mathematics curriculum for adult literacy textbooks. It was carried out to suggest ways to strengthen the connection with the elementary school curriculum. In order to accomplish these research objectives, this study analyzed contents of existing textbooks of literacy education. The analytical criteria utilized are a. presenting an area in connection with the curriculum for elementary school curriculum; b. presenting the contents according to learning hierarchy between Hope, Learning, and Wisdom textbooks; c. considering the balance of the weight among contents’. As a result, we concluded that various areas such as figure, measurement and regularity need to be presented in a balanced manner, unlike existing mathematics and literacy curriculum, which focuses on number and operation unit. In addition, this study has designed and exemplified the range of areas to be covered in the textbooks of each grade based on each core concept. By learning these various areas, it is expected that learners of literacy curriculum will be able to develop their ability to understand core concepts in various areas and to apply them to everyday life.
