중국 대학 무용전공생의 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중국 내 대학교 무용전공생들을 대상으로 사회인지 진로이론의 관점에서, 무용전공생들의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 취업 스트레스와 구조적 관계를 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사방법을 통하여 다중회귀분석을 통하여 변수들간의 관계에 대해 분석을진행하였다. 연구결과, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 나타나는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 지지 및 취업 스트레스의 매개 및 조절효과에 대해 검증한 결과 진로결정자기효능감은 사회적 지지를 통해서 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 취업 스트레스가 더욱 강하게 조절 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 진로지도 및 교육정책 개발에 도움을 주고, 개인들이 보다 효과적이고 만족스러운 진로를 선택할 수 있는데 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the structural relationship between social support, self-efficacy, and job stress that affect the career preparation behavior of dance majors in order to help the difficulties faced in the process of career selection and career preparation in terms of social cognitive career theory. In this study, the relationship between variables was analyzed through multiple regression analysis through the survey method. The research findings indicated a positive influence of self-efficacy on career preparation behaviors. The mediating and moderating effects of social support and employment stress were also examined. The results revealed that self-efficacy influenced career preparation behaviors through social support. This study contributes to the development of career guidance and educational policies, providing insights to enable individuals to make more effective and satisfactory career choices.
