국문 초록

본 연구는 학교 부적응 청소년에 대한 정서적 지원 조치에 대한 포괄적인 이해를 제공하고 교육자, 정책 입안자, 교육실무자들에게 실행 가능한 통찰력을 제공하여 모든 학생이 성장할 수 있는 육성 교육환경을 조성하기 위한 개선책을 제공하고자 함에 목표를 하고 있다. 학교 부적응 청소년에게 효과적인정서적 지원방안을 제공하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 학교 부적응은 학업 및 사회적 발달을 저해하는정서적, 행동적 어려움을 포함하여 학생들이 직면하는 다양한 문제를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결해야 하는 시급한 필요성을 인식하여 취약한 청소년의 정서적 안녕과 학업의 성공을 이루기 위한 기반 전략을 조성해야 한다. 무엇보다 청소년들이 학교 부적응에 대한 근본적인 원인과 심리적, 사회적요인, 그리고 그 영향을 완화하는 데 있어 정서적 지원의 중요성이 강조된다. 학교는 부적응 청소년을위한 보다 밝은 미래를 위한 길을 마련하고, 이들이 정서적 어려움을 극복하고 학업 및 개인 생활 모두에서 잠재력을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않아야 한다.

The goal of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of emotional support measures for school maladjusted youth and to provide actionable insights to educators, policy makers, and educational practitioners for improvements to create nurturing educational environments in which all students can thrive.
