대학 내 교양한국어 수업의 학습자 평가에 대한 교수자의 인식 조사 연구

국문 초록

본고는 대학의 교양한국어 수업에서 이루어지는 학습자 평가에 대한 교수자의 인식을 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하여 시사점을 도출해 보는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 5명의 교수자를 대상으로 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. 교수자 인식 분석 결과, 대학 내 교양한국어 수업의 학습자 평가에서 교수자들이어려움을 겪는 부분을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 교수자들은 말하기·듣기·읽기·쓰기의 언어 기능을 균형 있게 평가하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단하였지만, 교양한국어 수업의 교수자 단독 출제 방식에서는 듣기시험의 출제가 교수자에게 큰 부담이 된다고 밝혔다. 또한 교수자들은 본인이 출제한 시험의 난이도 및타당도에 대하여 확신을 갖지 못하고 있었다. 피드백과 관련하여, 학기 말 종합적 평가 완료 후의 피드백이 제대로 이행되지 않고 있었다. 더 나아가 교양한국어 수업의 학습자 평가는 학문 목적 한국어의특성을 반영할 필요가 있음을 교수자들의 의견을 통해 살펴볼 수 있었다. 결론적으로 교양한국어 수업의 학습자 평가를 위하여 교수자들 간의 활발한 상호작용과 적극적인 정보교환이 필요하며, 인식 조사결과에서 드러난 시사점들에 대하여 향후 구체적인 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze instructors’ perceptions of learner evaluation in university Korean language class as a general education course and derive implications. To this end, an interview survey was conducted with five instructors. According to the results of analyzing the instructors’ perceptions, first, it was revealed that in terms of setting the examination by the instructors on their own, they say that making the listening test is a great burden on them. In addition, the instructors were not sure about the difficulty and validity of the tests they presented. And the feedback is not properly given after the completion of the comprehensive evaluation at the end of the semester. Furthermore, it was found that the evaluation needs to reflect the characteristics of Korean for academic purposes. In conclusion, for the evaluation, it is necessary for the instructors to interact actively, and it is needed to discuss the results of the survey on their perceptions in detail afterwards.
