국문 초록

본 연구는 정보통신기술의 발전과 디지털 네이티브 세대의 등장에 따른 교육 패러다임의 변화를 인식하고, 학습자 특성에 맞춘 새로운 교육 도구를 한국어교육에 적용하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 최근 각광 받고 있는 생성형 인공지능 ChatGPT를 중심으로 한국어 교육 및 학습 도구로서 AI 활용의 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 먼저 인공지능을 활용한 한국어교육의 기존 논의를 살펴보고 생성형 인공지능인 ChatGPT의 개념과 특성을 정리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 한국어 교육 및 학습에 적용할 수 있는 명령어 기준 모형과 사용 주의점을 상술하였다. 또한 이를 적용한 실제 사용의 예를 보여줌으로써 이해를높이고자 하였으며, 읽기와 쓰기 영역뿐만 아니라 듣기와 말하기 영역으로 확장하기 위한 연동 가능한도구를 소개하여 교육적 효과를 극대화하고자 하였다. 본고는 한국어교육에서 AI 활용 방향성을 제시하는 기초 자료로써 후속 연구의 범위와 깊이를 확장시키는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to recognize changes in educational paradigm due to the development of Information and communication technology and the arrival of digital native generation, and to apply new educational tools tailored to learner characteristics to Korean Education. In order to comply with these objectives, the applicability of AI as a tool for teaching and learning Korean was discovered featuring ChatGPT which is a generative Artificial Intelligence currently under the spotlight. Existing discussions for Korean Education using Artificial Intelligence were first investigated and the concept and characteristics of the generative Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT were then explored. Based on this, a commandbased model applicable to teaching and learning Korean and the precautions for use were disclosed in detail. Further, examples of real life applications were presented to promote understanding and educational effects were sought to be maximized by introducing interoperable tools to expand from simply reading and writing to listening and speaking the language. This study is expected to contribute to the expansion of the extent and depth of follow-up research as preliminary data so as to suggest the direction of using AI in Korean Education.
