대학생의 애착이 용서에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 애착과 용서와의 관계를 살펴보고, 공감과 자비불안의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 493명을 대상으로 애착 척도, 공감능력 척도, 자비불안척도, 한국인 용서 척도로 구성된 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 각 변인의 관계를 알아보기 위하여상관분석 및 매개효과 분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과, 애착은 공감과정적상관이 있었고 자비불안과 부적상관이 있었다. 그리고 공감과 용서는 자비불안과 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 매개효과를 확인한 결과, 공감과 자비불안이 애착과 용서 간의 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 애착의 용서에 대한 직접효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 애착으로 용서 실행에 어려움이 있는 대학생의 공감 능력을 높이고, 자비불안 수준을 낮출 수 있도록 상담적 개입을 하는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the connection between attachment and forgiveness in college students, investigating the mediating roles of empathy and fear of compassion. A questionnaire, including attachment, empathy, fear of compassion, and Korean forgiveness scales, was administered to 493 university students. Correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis were conducted to determine the relationship between each variable, and the results are as follows. First, attachment was positively correlated with empathy and negatively correlated with Fear of compassion. And empathy and forgiveness were negatively correlated with Fear of compassion. Second, Empathy and fear of compassion were found to sequentially mediate the relationship between attachment and forgiveness. Third, the direct effect of attachment on forgiveness was not significant. This suggests that it is effective to provide counseling intervention to increase empathy and lower the level of fear of compassion for college students who have difficulty in practicing forgiveness due to attachment. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up research were discussed.
