국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 로컬 창업의 활성화를 위해 전문가, 로컬 창업자, 지원 기관 담당자들을 대상으로 우선순위를 판단해 보고 정책적 방향 설정을 하기 위해 연구되었다. 지역적으로는 경기도 남부 대비 ‘지역 내 총 생산활동’(Gross Regional Domestic Product : GRDP)이 낮으며, ICT, 제조업 비중보다 소상공인, 자영업자 창업 비율이 높은 경기도 북부 지역을 대상으로 실증하였다. 선행 연구 및 조사 결과경기 북부는 창업을 지원할 수 있는 인프라가 매우 부족하며, 로컬 창업의 활성화는 지역 경제 활성화측면에서, ICT, 제조 산업 등과의 연계 측면에서 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 로컬 창업 활성화를 위한 요소를 구조적으로 분석하기 위해 경제활동 국지화, 산업의 연관성, 지원 제도의 구축이라는로컬의 클러스터 관점으로 하위 요소를 세분화하고 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 경기 북부 로컬 창업 활성화를 위한 요인으로 사회적 요인, 물리적 요인, 제도적 요인 순으로 나타났으며, 특히 경기 북부지역의 로컬 창업 활성화를 위해서는 지역 내 협의체를 통해 특화 브랜드를 발굴하고, 정책적으로 소비를 활성화할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the priorities of experts, local entrepreneurs, and support organizations to revitalize local entrepreneurship and set policy directions. The study was conducted in northern Gyeonggi-do, which has a lower Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) than southern Gyeonggi-do, and a higher proportion of small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs than ICT and manufacturing industries. Previous studies and surveys have shown that northern Gyeonggi-do lacks infrastructure to support entrepreneurship, and the revitalization of local entrepreneurship is helpful in terms of revitalizing the local economy and linking with ICT and manufacturing industries. In this study, in order to structurally analyze the factors for revitalizing local entrepreneurship, sub-factors were subdivided into local cluster perspectives of economic activity localization, industry linkages, and establishment of support systems, and AHP analysis was conducted by experts. The results showed that social factors, physical factors, and institutional factors are the most important factors for local entrepreneurship in the northern part of Gyeonggi-do. In particular, it is necessary to discover specialized brands through local councils and to activate consumption through policy.
