국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 AI 면접 시스템 간 역량 분석 방식과 그 양상을 비교·분석하여 AI 면접 교육 방안을제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 취업을 준비하는 대학생 3인을 대상으로 AI 면접 시스템을 체험해 보도록하여 역량 결과를 분석하고 체험 후 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 향후 교육에서의 활용 가능성을 염두에 두고, 학습자들이 무료로 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며, 가입과 활용이 복잡하지 않고, 분석 결과를 직접 확인할 수 있는 3개의 AI 면접 시스템을 선정하여 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 각 시스템의 특징 및 장단점을제시하였으며, 시스템 간 역량 평가 제시 방식을 분석하였다. 체험 대상자들은 AI 면접에서 전문 어휘, 역량어휘 사용의 중요성을 알게 되었으며, 체험을 통해 AI 면접에 대한 불안감과 두려움이 줄었다고 답하였고, AI 면접 시스템 체험 교육, 구체적인 피드백과 같은 실제적인 교육의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present an AI interview education plan by comparing and analyzing the competency analysis method and its pattern between AI interview systems. To this end, three college students preparing for employment were asked to experience the AI interview system to analyze the competency results and conduct interviews and surveys after the experience. Three AI interview systems were selected that can be easily accessed by learners for free, are not complicated to subscribe and use, and can directly check the analysis results. The characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each system were presented, and the method of presenting competency evaluation between systems was analyzed. Participants learned the importance of using professional vocabulary and competency vocabulary in AI interviews. They answered that their anxiety and fear of AI interviews decreased through experience, and suggested the need for practical education such as AI interview system experience education and specific feedback.
