국문 초록

남북한의 사회통합의 경우 앞서 언급하였듯이 갈등을 제도화하는 의미의 사회통합(Social Cohesion)이되어야 할 것인지 사회적 유대라는 의미의 사회 통합(Social integration)이 되어야 할 것인지에 대해규정해야 한다. 이는 남북한이 물리적 차원의 통합뿐만 아니라 남북한 구성원 간의 내적 통합이 이루어져야 하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 북한이탈주민과 사회통합에 관한 주제를 다룬 논문을 선정하고 탐색해 보았다. 최근 2019년부터 2023년 6월까지 4년 6개월간 사회통합을 위한 논문을 수집하고 연구방법과 주제에 따른 내용 분석을 하여 향후 북한이탈주민 사회통합을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 기존연구들이 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 한 사회통합의 문제를 어떻게 이해하고 문제해결을 위해 어떻게 접근하고 있는지에 대해 탐색하여 향후 이 주제에 대해 연구하고자 하는 연구자들에게 유용한 이정표 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the case of social integration between the two Koreas, as mentioned earlier, it should be defined whether to be social integration in the sense of institutionalizing conflict or social integration in the sense of social ties. This is because the two Koreas should not only integrate at the physical level, but also integrate internally between the members of the two Koreas. Therefore, this study selected and explored papers on the subject of North Korean defectors and social integration. This study would like to collect papers for social integration for four and a half years from 2019 to June 2023 and analyze the contents according to research methods and topics to suggest directions for social integration of North Korean defectors in the future. It will be able to serve as a useful milestone for researchers who want to study this topic in the future by exploring how existing studies understand the problem of social integration for North Korean defectors and approaching problem solving.
