부산 공공문화시설의 유니버설디자인 적용

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 부산문화회관의 유니버설디자인 적용 현황을 조사, 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시하는것이다. 이에 따라 부산문화회관의 시설을 6개의 영역으로 구분하였고, 유니버설디자인의 적용 평가 요소에 관한 체크리스트를 구성하여 현장 조사를 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 매개 시설의 경우 접근로의 바닥 마감과 틈새를 개선하고 관리할 필요가 있고, 보행 안전 통로가 마련될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 내· 외부 시설의 경우 여닫이문은 자동 미닫이문으로 교체할 필요가 있으며, 더 많은 안내 사인과 유도 블록이 설치되어야 한다. 셋째, 위생 시설의 경우 기저귀 교환대, 어린이용 변기 등 다양한 연령층의 사용자가 이용할 수 있는 시설이 충분히 갖춰져야 하고, 수유실 마련이 필요하다. 넷째, 안내 시설의 경우 촉지도 설치, 점자 표기 팜플렛의 구비가 필요하며, 높이가 낮은 안내 데스크를 별도로 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 누구나 문화예술을 향유할 수 있는 환경 조성을 위해 부산 공공문화시설의 유니버설디자인 적용을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of universal design application at the Busan Cultural Center and suggest improvement measures. The facilities of the Busan Cultural Center were divided into six areas and a checklist of application evaluation elements of universal design was formed and an on-site investigation was conducted. As a result of the analysis, first, in the case of intermediate facilities, it is necessary to improve and manage the floor finish and gaps of access roads, and to provide safety passageways for pedestrians. Second, in the case of interior and exterior facilities, swing doors need to be replaced with automatic sliding doors, and more information signs and guidance blocks must be installed. Third, in the case of sanitary facilities, there must be sufficient facilities that can be used by users of various age groups, such as diaper changing tables and children's toilets, and a nursing room must be provided. Fourth, in the case of information facilities, it is necessary to install tactile maps and brochures written in Braille, and it is necessary to prepare a separate low-height information desk. This study can be used as basic data for applying universal design to public cultural facilities in Busan to create an environment where anyone can enjoy culture and arts.
