국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 성 건강 부분에서 피임과 관련한 지식, 태도 및 자기 효능감의 상관관계를 살펴보고 보건 계열과 비보건 계열을 비교한 연구이다. 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성을 성별, 연령, 학년, 계열로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 보건계열과 비보건계열 대학생의 피임 지식, 피임 태도, 피임 자기효능감 정도에서 피임 지식은 보건계열 대학생이 높게 나왔다. 피임 태도는 비보건계열 대학생이 높게 나왔다. 피임 자기효능감은 보건계열 대학생이 높게 나왔다. 보건계열과 비보건계열 대학생간의 피임 지식에서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 피임 지식과 피임 자기효능감 사이에도 유의미한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연구에서 고려되지 않았던 변수들인 ‘성 경험의 유무’와 ‘성교육 정도’ 등을 추가로 포함한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study examines the correlation between knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy regarding contraception in university students' sexual health. It also compares health-related and non-health-related majors. The participants' general characteristics, such as gender, age, year in school, and major, were analyzed. The results showed that health-related major students had higher contraceptive knowledge, while non-health-related major students had more positive attitudes toward contraception. Health-related major students also displayed higher self-efficacy regarding contraception. There were significant differences in contraceptive knowledge between health-related and non-health-related major students, and a significant correlation was found between contraceptive knowledge and self-efficacy. Based on these results, further research is needed, including variables that were not considered in this study, such as 'sexual experience' and 'level of sexual education.'
