국문 초록

본 연구는 에니어그램 2유형이 대인관계 어려움을 어떻게 인식하는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를위해 에니어그램 2번 유형인 20~60대 성인 28명을 대상으로 개인의 주관성을 살펴보기에 적합한 Q방법론을활용하였다. 에니어그램 2번 유형이 겪고 있는 대인관계 어려움에 관한 문헌연구, 사전 설문조사를 실시하였고, Q-Sorting 결과를 Ken-Q Analysis Program으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 5가지의인식 유형이 도출되었다. TypeⅠ은 ’나는 계산적이지 않아요, 그저 서로의 마음을 잘 알아주면 좋겠어요’, TypeⅡ는 ‘표현하느니, 혼자 끙끙 앓겠어요’, TypeⅢ는 ‘적정한 거리를 유지하는 선에서 우리 모두행복하면 좋겠어요’, TypeⅣ는 ‘가끔 할 말은 하겠지만, 내 마음을 구석구석 들추기는 부끄러워요’, TypeⅤ는 ‘최대한 맞추어 볼게요, 하지만 최선인지는 모르겠어요’로 명명되었다. 본 연구는 에니어그램2유형이 건강한 대인관계를 형성하는데 실질적인 도움이 되는 기초 자료로 제공될 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Enneagram Type 2 perceives difficulties in interpersonal relationships. To achieve this goal, the Q-methodology, which is suitable for examining individual subjectivity, was used with a sample of 28 adults in their 20s to 60s who identify as Enneagram Type 2. Prior to conducting Q-sorting, a literature review and a preliminary survey were conducted to study the difficulties in interpersonal relationships experienced by Enneagram Type 2. The results were then analyzed using the Ken-Q Analysis Program. Five perception types were identified: Type I “I am not calculative, I just hope we understand each other's hearts well”, Type II “I'd rather suffer silently than express myself”, Type III “I hope we can all be happy while maintaining an appropriate distance”, Type IV “I might say things occasionally, but I feel embarrassed to reveal my innermost thoughts”, and Type V “I'll try to accommodate as much as possible, but I'm not sure if it's the best approach”. This study can provide foundational data that may contribute to the formation of healthy interpersonal relationships for individuals of Enneagram Type 2.
