인슐린 저항성이 심뇌혈관질환에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

최근 에너지 섭취량과 소비 열량의 불균형 문제로 인해 인슐린 저항성이 초래되어 심뇌혈관질환의 유병률이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 인슐린 저항성에 있어 신체적 활동, 영양소 및 식품군 섭취가 어떠한영향을 미치는지 파악하고 심뇌혈관질환과의 관련성을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 국민건강영양조사제6기 3년 차 자료를 이용하여 인슐린 저항성을 가진 총 740명을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 인슐린저항성과 심뇌혈관질환의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 교차분석(Chi-square teat), 비교분석(t-test), 로지스틱 회귀 분석(Logistic regression)을 시행하였다. 그 결과 인슐린 저항성이 있는 경우 고혈압 2.31배, 이상지질혈증 1.76배, 뇌졸중 1.72배 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 인슐린 저항성과 심뇌혈관질환의 관계를 파악하여 위험을 최소화할 수 있는 각기 다른 방안을 모색하는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

Recently, insulin resistance has been caused by the imbalance between energy intake and calories consumed, and the prevalence of cardiocerebrovascular disease is increasing. Therefore, it is intended to understand how physical activity, nutrients, and food group intake affect insulin resistance, and to examine the association with cardiocerebrovascular disease. This study used data from the 3rd year of the 6th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, and a total of 740 people with insulin resistance were the final subjects of analysis. To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease, chi-square teat, t-test, and logistic regression were performed. final analysis targets. As a result, it was found that in those with insulin resistance, high blood pressure increased 2.31 times, dyslipidemia increased 1.76 times, and stroke increased 1.72 times. We hope that it will be used as basic data to understand the relationship between insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease and to find different ways to minimize the risk.
