국문 초록

이 연구는 A대학교 신임교원 강의컨설팅 경험이 신임교수에게 어떤 의미를 부여하며, 교수역량 강화를위한 노력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 파악하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 신임교수들은 강의컨설팅을 통해서 수업에 대한 성찰이 이루어졌고, 둘째, 강의컨설팅에 대한 인식이 변화 되었다. 신임교수들은 강의컨설팅을 부담스럽지만 수행할 만한 활동, 수업에 도움이 되는 활동으로 인식하였다. 셋째, 신임교수들은 교수역량 강화를 위한 교수지원 프로그램을 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 교수지원 프로그램의 필요성을인지하고, 특히 혁신교수법 연구 및 수업 적용 활동에 대한 관심과 참여가 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The research aimed to determine the significance of lecture consulting experiences for newly appointed professors at A University and to understand its positive impact on efforts to enhance their teaching competence. The study revealed the following results: Firstly, newly appointed professors engaged in self-reflection on their teaching through lecture consulting. Secondly, there was a shift in their perception of lecture consulting. Newly appointed professors came to regard lecture consulting as a challenging yet worthwhile activity, one that is beneficial for their teaching. Thirdly, newly appointed professors held a positive view of the teaching support program designed to enhance their teaching competence. They recognized the necessity of such support programs, with a particular emphasis on their high interest and active participation in research on innovative teaching methods and activities related to its implementation.
