국문 초록

이 연구는 공동체 문화자산을 활용한 학생 성숙 경험을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 근거이론 방법을 통하여 경인 지역 세 대학에 재학 중이며 교직원에 의해 성공한다고 인지된 학생들의 성숙 경험을 탐색하였다. 연구참여자들은 공동체 문화자산 중 포부자산과 탐색자산을 공통으로 갖추고 있으며 대부분 자신의 진로에 대하여 비교적 명확한 그림을 그리고 있었다. 그러나 연구참여자 대다수가 진로를 어느 정도 결정했음에도 심리적으로 불안한 상태에 있어서 타인에 의해 성공하였다고 인지되었음에도 성숙한상태라 규정되기는 어려운 상황이었다. 연구에 근거하여 패러다임 모형을 도출한 후 세 가지 유형으로연구참여자를 분류하였다. 이 유형에 근거하여 학생들이 성숙하기 위하여 심리적 안정, 다양한 융합 프로그램과 전공에 접할 기회 제공, 학생들이 학과의 벽을 넘어 타 전공 학생을 만날 기회를 학교가 제공해야 주어야 한다고 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study is to examine the thriving experiences of four-year college students through the utilization of community cultural wealth. By a grounded theory, we investigate students who attend three different universities in the Gyeonggi-incheon region, who are recognized successful by their college and university staff members. All the participants possessed both anticipatory and navigational capitals and with a few exceptions had a relatively clear vision for their career paths. The majority of the research participants are however in psychologically anxious state though they are recognized as successful. Based on the research a paradigm model are derived and participants are classified into three categories. Based on these categories students need for psychological stability and the experiences of diverse programs and opportunities to engage with various majors. Colleges have to offer chances for students to interact with peers beyond their department boundaries.
