국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 최근의 대학교육 혁신 관련 사례 및 방안을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 현 시대의 대학들은 인구 감소와 급격한 기술 발전 등으로 인해 대학의 고유한 역할을 수행하면서 시대적 흐름에 부응하기 위해 발 빠르게 자구책을 마련하고 이를 실행하는 데 전력을 다하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2023년 4-5월을 중심으로 조사된 국내·외의 대학교육의 혁신 동향을 확인하고 관련 내용을 제시하였다. 최근 국내·외 대학교육의 혁신 시도나 방법 등을 살펴보고 현실적으로 가능한 범위에서 교육적인 논의와 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구의 주제에 관한 내용을 종합적으로 살펴본 결과, 특히, 대학교육 혁신에 있어 통합 선발, 융합교육, 산학협력, 교육과정 유연화, 인프라 구축, 학습자 주도의 심층 학습 유도 방법과 활동 등이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 급변하는 시대의 요구에 유연하게 대응하면서 학습자 중심 교육을 실천하는 대학교육의 혁신에 관한 심도깊은 논의를 시작할 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to explore recent innovation cases and improvements related to university education. Universities in the current era are making every effort to quickly prepare and implement self-rescue improvements to fulfill their unique role and meet the trend of the times due to population decline and rapid technological development. In this study, innovation trends in domestic and foreign university education, which were investigated mainly in April-May 2023, were confirmed and related contents were presented. Recently, attempts and methods for university education innovation at home and abroad were examined, and educational discussions and improvements were sought to the extent practically possible. As a result of a comprehensively examining the contents of the research topic, it was confirmed that, in particular, in university education innovation, integrated selection, convergence education, industry-academia cooperation, flexible curriculum, building infrastructure, and learner-led in-depth learning induction methods and activities are appearing. Through this study, it is expected that we will be able to start in-depth discussions on the innovation of university education that practices learner-centered education while flexibly responding to the needs of the rapidly changing era.
