국문 초록

본 연구목적은 코로나19 발생 이후 헤어샵 이용변화를 알아보기 위해 20대부터 50대까지를 대상으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 코로나19 발생 이전과 이후의 방문 빈도는 월 1회 방문에서 6개월에 1회로 줄었고, 둘째, 이용 형태는 프랜차이즈샵에서 1인 헤어샵으로 변화하였으며, 위치는 시내 중심지는 줄고 거주지 주변은 증가하였다. 셋째, 코로나19 이전과 이후에 많이 받은 관리는 비교적 시간이 짧은 커트였고, 1회 지출 비용은 5만원 미만으로 줄어들었다. 이러한 결과는 코로나19 감염의 불안함으로 인해 헤어샵 방문 횟수와 헤어샵 내의 체류시간이 줄어든 것을 의미한다. 따라서 헤어샵은 공중보건의 감염 방침에 입각한 방역 시행과 위생에 대한 철저한 보증을 통하여, 코로나19로 인해 위축된 경영난에 재화를 창출하여 지속할 수 있는 산업의 경영형태를 이루어 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the use of hair salons after the outbreak of Corona 19, targeting people in their 20s to 50s, and the results are as follows. First, the frequency of visits before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 decreased from once a month to once every 6 months. Second, the type of use changed from a franchise to a one-person hair salon, and the location decreased in the city center and increased around residential areas. Third, the most frequently received procedure was a cut, and the cost of one time was reduced to less than 50,000 won. The results of this study indicate that the number of visits to the hair salon and the time in the hair salon have decreased due to the anxiety of COVID-19 infection. Therefore, hair salons should thoroughly implement quarantine and hygiene of the public health infection policy, and create a sustainable management form by generating sales in the face of the economic difficulties of the hair salon, which has been contracted due to COVID-19.
