국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 밥상공동체종합사회복지관의 활성화를 위한 요소를 도출하고 우선순위를 선정하기 위함이다. 이를 위해서 의사결정 방법에서 가장 널리 사용되는 AHP 기법을 활용하였다. 그리고 4가지 요소(복지시설, 프로그램, 교류 및 네트워크 구축, 지원정책) 20개 세부항목에 대한 우선순위 분석결과를확인하였고 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상위요소 4가지에 대한 우선순위는 1위 교류 및 네트워크구축, 2위 지원정책, 3위 프로그램, 그리고 4위는 복지시설 순으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 전체 우선순위의1위는 커뮤니티 이해관계자 협력, 2위 정부와 지자체의 정책적 지원 강화, 3위 밥상공동체 자원 개발및 관리, 4위 어르신 개개인의 욕구에 맞는 서비스 제공, 5위 밥상공동체와 행정복지센터와의 정보공유순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지금까지 선행연구에서 밥상공동체종합사회복지관의 활성화를 위해 제시되지 않았던 요소를 확인하고 우선순위를 도출함으로써 기존 연구와 차별성을 가진다는 점에서 학문적시사점을 가진다.

영문 초록

This research aims to identify and prioritize factors to promote Bapsang Community Social Welfare Center. For this purpose, we adopt Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is the most widely used decision-making method. Four factors (Welfare Facilities, Programs, Exchange and Network-building, Support Policies) and 20 items were analyzed for priority, and the major findings are as follows. First, the four higher-order factors were ranked in priority in the order of: (1) Exchange and Network-building, (2) Support Policies, (3) Programs and (4) Welfare Facilities. Second, the overall priority rank of the items were: (1) Collaboration among the stakeholders (2) Greater policy support from the federal and local government (3) development and maintenance of Bapsang Community’s resources (4) Services that cater to individual member’s wants, (5) information exchange between the Babsang community and the administrative welfare centers. The academic implications of this research are that it identifies and prioritizes factors that have not been discussed in past literature as factors to promote Bapsang Community Welfare Center.
