국문 초록

본 연구는 캡스톤디자인 교과목 학습만족도가 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지밝히고자 한다. 연구는 국내 소재 대학교 재학생 중 이전 학기에 캡스톤디자인 교과목을 수강한 적 있거나, 현재 수강 중인 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 캡스톤디자인 교과목 학습 만족도 7문항, 진로준비행동은 3개 요인 17문항, 캡스톤디자인 교과목 학습 만족도와 진로준비행동의 연관성 6문항으로 구성한 설문지를 350부 배포하였고, 회수한 설문지 중 불성실한 7부를 제외한 325부를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 캡스톤디자인 교과목 학습만족도는 진로준비행동의 연관성에 유의미한(B=.870, t=23.019, p<.001) 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

this study aims to explore and discover how the learning satisfaction in the capstone design subject influences career-readiness behavior of the undergraduates. The subjects of the study were students attending universities in Korea who had taken a capstone design course in the previous semester or were currently taking it. We distributed 350 questionnaires consisting of 7 questions on satisfaction with learning in capstone design subjects, 17 questions on 3 factors for career preparation behavior, and 6 questions on the relationship between satisfaction with learning in capstone design subjects and career preparation behavior. Of the collected questionnaires, 7 were insincere. The 325 copies excluded were analyzed. Research findings show that the learning satisfaction in the capstone design subject has significant (B=.870, t=23.019, p<.001) impact on association with the career-readiness behavior.
