국문 초록

본 연구는 부모의 양육태도가 (청소년기) 자녀의 그릿에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내어 자녀의 그릿 향상을위한 부모의 양육태도 상담 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석자료는 한국아동청소년패널조사(Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey;KCYPS) 데이터로, 분석대상은 중학교 1학년 학생2160명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 28.0과 M-plus 8.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 잠재성장모형을 무조건적 모형과 조건적 모형 분석의 2단계에 걸쳐 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자녀의 그릿은 시간의 흐름에 따라 감소하였으며 그릿 초기값이 낮을수록 감소율은 완만했다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도 중따스함, 자율성지지, 구조제공이 높을수록, 비일관성이 낮을수록 자녀 그릿의 초기값은 높아졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 자녀의 그릿 개발을 위한 부모 양육태도의 실천적, 정책적 제언을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study to present a plan for developing a counseling program on parenting attitudes, designed to enhance children's grit, by examining the effects of parents' parenting attitudes on their children's grit. The data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) data were analyzed, and the subjects for the study were 2160 first-year middle school students. For data analysis, SPSS 28.0 and M-plus 8.0 programs were used. The Latent Growth Model was analyzed in two stages: unconditional model and conditional model analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, children's grit decreased over time, and the lower the initial grit value, the slower the rate of decrease. Second, in terms of parenting attitudes, the higher the warmth, autonomy support, and the structure, the higher the initial value of the children’s grit. On the contrary, the chaos of parenting behaviors had negative effects on the children’s grit. Based on the research results, our study suggests the practical and political implications for parenting attitudes aimed at developing children's grit.
