국문 초록

본 연구는 기존 문화예술 행정조직과 관련 시설, 정보포털의 웹사이트 조직과 구성 현황을 탐색하고, 웹사이트 구성요소 체계를 설정하여 조사분석을 시행하였다. 그리고 문화예술 정보포털의 효과적이고적합한 구성 체계와 구체적인 도입방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 문화예술 조직과 시설 관련 주요 핵심 기관은 문화예술 조직 및 시설별로 다양한 다수 기관이 체계화하여 현존하고 있었다. 둘째, 문화예술 조직별 및 시설별 웹사이트 구성요소를 구체적인 영역으로 분류하면 각 기관 대부분 표준화된 기본 플랫폼 구축 체계를 적용한 구성으로 동일한 웹사이트 구성 체계를 적용하고 있었다. 셋째, 문화예술 웹사이트의 주요 핵심 영역은 유사한 유형의 형태로 존재하였으며, 현행 웹사이트의 데이터 관리와 시스템체계 모두 비슷하게 설정되어 있었다. 문화예술 웹사이트는 사용자 측면의 효과성과 기관 특성화룰 모두 적용한 합리적인 설계로 유용한 정보포털 시스템으로써 활성화하도록 구체적이며 체계적인 보완을 해나가야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to propose an effective and appropriate organizational system and specific introduction plans for information portals based on the analysis of the current status of the organization and composition system of websites opened in existing cultural and arts administrative organizations and related facilities. First, the main core institutions related to cultural and artistic organizations and facilities were systematized and existing by various institutions by cultural and artistic organizations and facilities. Second, when the website components of each culture and arts organization and each facility are classified into specific areas, most of each organization applied the same website composition system with a standardized basic platform construction system applied. Third, the main core areas of culture and arts websites existed in similar types, and the data management and system systems of the current websites were all set similarly. Culture and arts websites should be systematically supplemented to activate them as useful information portal systems for everyone with a reasonable design that considers both the user-side effectiveness and institutional characterization.
