간호대학생의 공감역량과 간호전문직관, 임상실습적응의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 간호대학생의 공감역량과 회복탄력성, 간호전문직관, 임상실습적응 간의 관계를 예측할 수 있는 모형을 구성하기 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 구축하고, 연구가설과 연구모형의 적합성 및 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 3개 대학교 간호학과 학생을 모집단으로 편의표본 추출한 202명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며 구조방정식모형(structural equation model: SEM)을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 경로계수의 유의성 검증결과를 살펴보면, 공감역량이 회복탄력성(β=.978, p<.001), 회복탄력성이 간호전문직관(β=.381, p<.005)과 임상실습적응(β=.897, p<.001)으로 가는 직접경로는 정적(+)으로 유의하게 나타났다. 공감역량에서 간호전문직관과 임상실습적응으로 가는 직접 경로는 유의하지 않았다. 매개효과의 유의성을 부트스트랩(bootstrap)을 통해 검증했으며, 공감역량이 회복탄력성을 매개하여 간호전문직관에 미치는 간접효과(β=.373, p<.001)와 회복탄력성을 매개하여 임상실습적응에 미치는 간접효과(β=.877, p<.001)가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 결론 간호대학생의 공감역량은 회복탄력성을 매개하여 간호전문직관과 임상실습적응에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤으므로 공감역량이 간호전문직관과 임상실습적응에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성이 완전매개 하는 것으로 검증되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to construct a research model based on previous studies and to analyze the suitability and structural relationship between research hypotheses and research models to construct a model that can predict the relationship between nursing student's empathy competency and resilience, nursing professionalism, and clinical practice adaptation. Methods The subjects of the study were 202 nursing students from three universities as a convenience sample, and data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs and was analyzed using structural equation model (SEM). Results Results of the significance test of the path coefficient, the direct path from empathy competency to resilience (β=.978, p<.001), resilience to nursing professionalism(β=.381, p<.005) and clinical practice adaptation(β= .897, p<.001) was significant. The direct path from empathy competency to nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation was not significant. The significance of the mediating effect was verified through bootstrap, and the indirect effects of empathy competency on nursing professionalism(β=.373, p<.001) and the indirect effects (β=.877, p<.001) on clinical practice adaptation through resilience were verified to be statistically significant. Conclusions Nursing student's empathic competency had an indirect effect on nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation by mediating resilience. Therefore, it was verified that resilience full mediated the effect of empathy competency on nursing professionalism and clinical practice adaptation.
