국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감과 디지털리터러시 및 디지털놀이 지원역량 간의 관계성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해서 서울 및 경기 지역에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 유아교사 252명을 대상으로, 2024년 4월 11일부터 4월 25일까지 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감과 디지털리터러시, 디지털놀이 지원역량에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관관계분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감은 디지털리터러시 및 디지털놀이 지원역량과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 유아교사의 디지털리터러시가 놀이교수효능감을 예측하는 가장 강력한 정적 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 그리고 디지털리터러시의 하위요인인 지식리터러시가 가장 강력한 영향력을 미치는 정적 예측변인으로 나타났고, 다음으로 디지털놀이 지원역량의 하위요인인 디지털놀이 반응⋅소통, 그 다음으로 디지털리터러시의 하위요인인 컴퓨터리터러시가 놀이교수효능감을 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 놀이중심 교육과정 운영에 있어서 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감에 대한 이해를 도모할 수 있으며, 놀이교수효능감 증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among early childhood teachers' play teaching efficacy and digital literacy and digital play support capabilities. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on 252 early childhood teachers working at early childhood education institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from April 11 to April 25, 2024 on the efficacy of play teaching, digital literacy, and digital play support capabilities of early childhood teachers. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson's moment correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 29.0 program. Results First, early childhood teachers' play teaching efficacy showed a significant positive correlation with digital literacy and digital play support capabilities. Second, early childhood teachers' digital literacy was found to be the most powerful positive predictor of play teaching efficacy. And knowledge literacy, a sub-factor of digital literacy, was the most influential predictor, followed by digital play response and communication, followed by computer literacy, a sub-factor of digital play support capabilities. Conclusions The results of this study are expected to promote understanding of early childhood teachers' play teaching efficacy in the operation of a play-oriented curriculum and provide basic data to help develop teacher education programs to improve play teaching efficacy.
