대학생의 불안 애착과 대학생활 적응과의 관계에서 대인관계 만족도의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 불안 애착과 대학생활 적응과의 관계에서 대인관계 만족도의 매개효과를 파악함으로써 대학생의 대학생활 적응 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 A시와 D시의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 183명을 대상으로 자기기입 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 대상자의 불안 애착과 대학생활 적응의 관계에서 대인관계 만족도의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 결과 불안 애착은 대인관계 만족도(r=-.514, p<.001)와 대학 생활 적응과(r=-.256, p<.001) 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있었으며, 대인관계 만족도는 대학 생활 적응과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다(r=.541, p<.001). 불안 애착과 대학생활 적응의 관계에서 대인관계 만족은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다(F=22.828, p<.001). 결론 불안 애착이 높은 학생이 대인관계 만족도가 낮으면 대학생활 적응에 어려움을 야기하므로, 대학생의 안정적 애착 형성과 대인관계 향상을 통해 대학생활 적응을 도모하기 위한 노력이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of interpersonal satisfaction on the relationship between attachment anxiety and college life adjustment among university students, providing data for programs to enhance this adjustment. Methods Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaires from 183 university students in regions located in A and D. To analyze the mediating effect of interpersonal satisfaction in the relationship between attachment anxiety and college life adjustment, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed. Results Attachment anxiety correlated significantly with interpersonal satisfaction (r=-.514, p<.001) and college life adjustment (r=-.256, p<.001). Interpersonal satisfaction was also significantly related to college life adjustment (r=.541, p<.001). Furthermore, interpersonal satisfaction completely mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and college life adjustment (F=22.828, p<.001). Conclusions Students with high attachment anxiety reported lower interpersonal satisfaction and difficulties in adjusting to college life. Enhancing stable attachments and interpersonal relationships is essential to improve students' adaptation to college life.
