국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 강원지역 K공유대학의 교육과정, 행정지원서비스, 교육지원시스템과 대학생의 자기효능감의 관계를 살펴보고 예측변인들이 대학생의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 연구되었다. 방법 강원지역 공유대학에 재학 중인 대학생 392명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 설문문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach 계수로 산출하였고, 공유대학의 교육과정, 행정지원서비스, 교육지원시스템 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 공유대학의 교육과정, 행정지원서비스, 교육지원시스템이 대학생의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 공유대학의 교육과정, 교육지원시스템, 행정지원서비스와 대학생의 자기효능감 간의 관계는 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 공유대학의 교육과정과 교육지원시스템의 하위요인과 대학생의 자기효능감 간의 결과는 교육과정에서는 상황, 과정, 산출이 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로, 교육지원시스템은 상황과 과정이 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과는 공유대학 및 지방대학에서의 물리적 교육환경 구축, 학습자중심 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between curriculum, administrative support service, and education support system of the K-shared university and self-efficacy of university students and to find out the effect of predictors on the self-efficacy of university students. Methods The survey target was three hundred ninety-two students who are going to the K-shared university in Gangwon State. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson's Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied to perceive the relationship among the platform's curriculum, administrative support service, and education support system. Multiple Regression Analysis was implemented to see the impact of those three aspects of the platform on the university students' self-efficacy. Results First, there was significant static correlation in between the K-shared university curriculum, administrative support service, and education support system and the university students' self-efficacy. Second, the results between the sub-factors of the curriculum, education support system and the student's self-efficacy showed that situation, process, and output and situation and process had static effect on curriculum and education support system respectively. Conclusions This study would be used as basis data for constructing a physical educational environment, education system, and a learner-centered education system in shared university and local universities.
