국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 중년여성을 대상으로 골다공증 지식, 자아존중감, 골다공증 예방적 건강증진행위 정도를 파악하고 골다공증 지식과자아존중감이 골다공증 예방적 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 일개 지역의 만 40세 이상 65세 미만 중년여성 115명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 이용하여 2023년 10월 16일부터 10월29일까지 자료수집을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 골다공증 지식은 골다공증 예방적 건강증진행위(r=.837, p<.001)와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 골다공증 예방적 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주관적 건강상태 좋음(β=.85, p<.001), 골다공증 지식(β=.34, p<.001)이 유의하게 나타났으며, 설명력은 23.2%이었다(F=16.71, p<.001). 결론 중년여성의 주관적 건강상태와 골다공증 지식을 높이기 위한 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적극 활용하며, 프로그램 적용을 통하여 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of osteoporosis knowledge, self-esteem, and osteoporosis preventive health promotion behavior targeting middle-aged women, and to determine the impact of osteoporosis knowledge and self-esteem on osteoporosis preventive health promotion behavior. Methods Data were collected an online survey targeting 115 middle-aged women aged between 40 and 65 in one region from October 16 to October 29, 2023 using. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 26.0 statistical program. Results Osteoporosis knowledge was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation with osteoporosis preventive health promotion behavior (r=.837, p<.001). As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, good subjective health status (β=.85, p<.001) and knowledge of osteoporosis (β=.34, p<.001) were significantly found to be factors influencing osteoporosis preventive health promotion behavior, and the explanatory power was 23.2% (F=16.71, p<.001). Conclusions We recommend developing and actively utilizing various educational programs to increase middle-aged women's subjective health status and knowledge of osteoporosis, and conducting research to confirm the effectiveness through program application.
