응급간호학 수업에서 플립러닝을 적용한 사례기반학습 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 응급간호학 수업에서 플립러닝을 적용한 사례기반학습이 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 문제해결력과 응급처치 수행 자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하여 간호학 교수학습 방법에 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 단일군 전⋅후 유사실험 연구로 J도내 J대학 간호학과 3학년 54명을 대상으로 플립러닝 적용 사례기반학습을 운영하기 위해 PATRNER 모형을 적용하여 총 6회기를 실시하였으며, 자료수집은 2022년 9월에서 11월까지였으며, 2학기 수업 첫시간에 사전 조사와 마지막 회기 후 사후조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, paired t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient로 하였다. 결과 응급간호학 수업에서 플립러닝 적용 사례기반학습 후 학습몰입, 문제해결력, 응급처치 수행 자신감은 모두 향상되었고 유의한차이가 있었다. 학습몰입과 문제해결력, 문제해결력과 응급처치 수행 자신감 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계로 효과가 있었다. 결론 응급간호학 수업에서 플립러닝 적용 사례기반학습 후 학습몰입과 문제해결력, 응급처치 수행 자신감이 효과가 있었으므로향후 간호학 기초 및 전공 교과에서 효과적이고 다양한 수업 개발 및 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them. Methods This study was a single-group before and after quasi-experimental study, and a total of 6 sessions were conducted by applying the PATRNER model to operate flipped learning case-based learning for 54 third-year nursing students at J University in J Province. The collection period was It was from September to November 2022, and a pre-survey was conducted during the first class of the second semester and a post-survey after the last session. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program. Results This finding indicated that case-based learning to flipped learning in an emergency nursing class, learning immersion, problem-solving skills, and confidence in performing first aid all improved, and there was a significant difference. There was a significant positive correlation between learning immersion and problem-solving ability, and between problem-solving ability and confidence in performing first aid. Conclusions After applying flipped learning in the emergency nursing class, case-based learning was effective in improving learning immersion, problem-solving skills, and confidence in performing first aid, so it can be used to develop and operate effective and diverse classes in basic and major nursing courses in the future.
