국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 신생아 출생 시 간호에 대한 Head Mounted Displays기반 가상현실 시뮬레이션과 블렌디드 교육 프로그램 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 방법 충남소재의 48명의 간호학과 대학생을 대상으로 시행되었다(중재군 24명, 대조군 24명). 대조군은 HMD기반 가상현실 시뮬레이션 교육을 시행하였으며, 중재군은 대조군에게 진행되는 교육을 포함한 블렌디드 시뮬레이션교육을 시행하였다. 결과 신생아 간호에 대한 HMD기반 VR 교육프로그램과 고 충실도 시뮬레이션 교육을 함께 실시하는 블렌디드 교육 프로그램을적용하였다. 블렌디드 시뮬레이션 교육을 받은 중재군의 문제해결능력(t=3.47, p=.009)과 임상수행자신감(U=-3.68, p<.001) 에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고 성향(t=2.86, p=.004), 문제 해결 능력(t=3.47, p<.001),임상수행자신감(U=-3.68, p=<.001)은 중재군과 대조군 간의 교육 전, 후의 점수 차이가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 결론 신생아 간호에 대한 HMD기반 가상현실 시뮬레이션 프로그램과 고 충실도 시뮬레이션 교육을 통합한 블렌디드 시뮬레이션이교육 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아동 간호 시뮬레이션 교육이 보다 효율적으로 운영되기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 시뮬레이션 프로그램에 HMD기반 가상현실 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통합하여 효과적인 교육 방법으로 활용될 수 있으므로 다양한 시뮬레이션 교육방법을 적용하는 대체 실습 교육 고안연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study confirms the effectiveness of a virtual reality simulation and blended education program based on Head Mounted Displays on newborn nursing for nursing college students. Methods The participants were 48 nursing students. The experimental group(n=24)received a blended simulation, combining a HMD based virtual reality simulation and a high-fidelity simulation, while the control group(n=24) received only a HMD based virtual reality simulation. Data were collected from January 9 to 12, 2023, and analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results A blended education program was applied that includes an HMD-based VR and high-fidelity simulation education for neonatal nursing. There was a significant difference in problem-solving ability(t=3.47, p=.009)and clinical performance confidence(U=-3.68, p<.001)of the experimental group that received blended simulation training. Critical thinking disposition(t=2.86, p=.004),problem-solving ability(t=3.47, p<.001), and clinical performance confidence(U=-3.68, p=<.001) were significantly affected before and after training between the experimental and control groups. The difference in scores was statistically significant. Conclusions A blended simulation that integrates an HMD based virtual reality simulation program and high-fidelity simulation education for neonatal nursing was found to be effective in education. The goal is to provide basic data for children's nursing simulation education to operate more efficiently. Therefore, since the HMD based virtual reality simulation program can be integrated into the existing simulation program and used as an effective education method, it is believed that alternative practical education design research that applies various simulation education methods is necessary.
