국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 부모코칭역량이 유아 창의적 리더십에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로하였다. 방법 본 연구는 G광역시와 J도에 소재한 유아교육기관에 다니고 있는 만3-5세 유아의 부모 301명을 대상으로 하였다. 검사도구는이경화와 유경훈(2010))이 개발한 유아 창의적 리더십 척도, 도미향과 김근주, 이경주(2019)의 부모코칭역량 척도, Luthans, Avolio와 Norman(2006)의 척도를 임태홍(2013)이 한국판으로 번안⋅수정⋅보완한 긍정심리자본 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 결과 첫째, 부모코칭역량과 유아 창의적 리더십 간, 부모코칭역량과 부모 긍정심리자본 간, 부모 긍정심리자본과 유아 창의적 리더십 간에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모코칭역량이 유아 창의적 리더십에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변인 사이에서 부모의 긍정심리자본이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론 본 연구는 유아의 창의적 리더십을 증진시키는데 부모변인의 중요성을 밝히고 있다. 따라서 부모의 코칭역량과 긍정심리자본을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 부모지원 프로그램 개발과 교육의 기회를 제공할 필요가 있음을 시사한다 하겠다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of parent coaching competency on young children's creative leadership. Methods This study targeted 301 parents of children aged 3 to 5 attending early childhood education institutions located in G Metropolitan City and J Province. The test tools include the young Children's Creative Leadership Scale developed by Lee Kyeong-hwa and Yoo Kyeong-hoon (2010), the Parent Coaching Competency Scale by Do-hyang Do, Kim Geun-ju, and Lee Gyeong-ju (2019), and the Korean version of the scale by Luthans, Avolio, and Norman (2006) by Tae-hong Lim (2013). The adapted, modified, and supplemented positive psychological capital scale was used. SPSS 23.0 program was used for data analysis. Results First, it was found that there was a significant correlation between parent coaching competency and children's creative leadership, between parent coaching competency and parents' positive psychological capital, and between parent positive psychological capital and children's creative leadership. Second, parent coaching competency was found to have an impact on children's creative leadership, and parents' positive psychological capital was found to have a mediating effect between these variables. Conclusions This study reveals the importance of parent variables in promoting young children's creative leadership. Therefore, this suggests that there is a need to develop various parent support programs and provide educational opportunities that can enhance parents' coaching capabilities and positive psychological capital.
