국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 어머니 문지기행동에 기초한 부모교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 연구자는 4단계 절차에 따라 어머니 문지기행동에 기초한 부모교육프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 J시에 거주하는 첫 자녀가 만 3~5세인 유아 자녀를 둔 어머니 20명(참여집단 10명, 비교집단 10명)을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 프로그램은 5회기로 구성되었으며, 프로그램 실시는 실시간 화상강의를 통한 비대면방식으로 진행되었다. 프로그램 결과 분석을 위해 Mann-Whitney의 U검정 및 Wilcoxon 부호순위 검정과 질적자료 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니 문지기행동에 기초한 부모교육 프로그램에 참여한 집단은 부모공동양육과 아버지 양육참여에 있어서 모두 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 프로그램에 참여한 어머니의 양육스트레스가 감소하고 양육효능감이 증진된 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 질적자료에서 부모교육프로그램 참여과정에서 나타난 부모공동양육 및 어머니의 양육효능감의 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 부모의 역할과 부부 공동양육이 중요한 현 시대에 아버지의 자녀양육참여를 증진시키기 위해 어머니 문지기 개념에 근거한 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a parent education program based on maternal gatekeeper behavior and to investigate the effects of the program. Methods The researcher developed a parent education program based on maternal gatekeeper behavior according to 4 steps, and examined the effects of the program for 20 mothers(10 mothers were the exprement group, and 10 mothers were control group) with children whose first child was 3 to 5 years old living in J city. The program consisted of 5 sessions, and the program was conducted in a non-face-to-face manner through real-time video lectures. For the analysis of this program result, the researcher performed Mann-Whitney U test, Wilcoxon sign rank test for non-parametric test, and qualitative data analysis. Results The results of this study were as follows. First, the group that participated in the parent education program based on the maternal gatekeeping showed improvement in parental co-parenting and father-rearing participation. Second, it was found that parenting stress of mothers who participated in this program decreased and parenting efficacy improved. Third, in the qualitative data, it was possible to confirm changes in parental co-parenting and mothers' parenting efficacy in the process of participating in parent education programs. Conclusions Based on these results, this study is significant in that it developed a parent education program based on the concept of a mother gatekeeper and verified its effectiveness in order to enhance fathers' participation in parenting in the present age where the role of parents and co-parenting are important.
