국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 코로나 19기간 동안 유자녀 여교사들을 대상으로 일-가정 양립갈등, 직업평판, 소명의식, 괜찮은 일의 관계를 확인하여 구조방정식 모형과 일-가정 양립갈등, 직업평판과 소명의식의 관계에서 괜찮은 일의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 온라인으로 전국의 유자녀 여교사 286명을 대상으로 일-가정 양립갈등, 직업평판, 소명의식, 괜찮은 일을 측정하는 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였고, 응답자료 중 최종 249개를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS20.0과 AMOS26.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 수집된 자료를 분석한 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 본 연구의 주요 변인들 간의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 일-가정 양립갈등과 직업평판은 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일-가정 양립 갈등과 괜찮은 일은 상관관계분석 실시 결과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 최종 모형에서도 일-가정 양립갈등은 괜찮은 일을 정적으로 예측한다는 결과가 지지되었다. 셋째, 코로나19기간 동안 일-가정 양립 갈등과 여교사가 인식하는 직업평판이 소명의식에 이르는 경로에서 괜찮은 일의 매개효과에 대한 유의성을 검증한 결과, 괜찮은 일이 일-가정 양립갈등과 직업평판을 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 비추어 보면 일-가정 양립갈등과 직업평판이 각각 괜찮은 일을 매개로 소명의식에, 소명의식에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 일-가정 양립갈등/직업평판과 소명의식의 관계에서 괜찮은 일은 완전매개효과의 영향을 주고 있음을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 결론 코로나19 기간 동안 여교사가 자신이 경험하는 일-가정 양립갈등과 직업평판이 소명의식으로 향하는 경로에서 괜찮은 일의 매개효과가 나타나는지를 살펴봄으로서 소명의식을 수행하는 선행기제를 파악하고 상담 개입방법의 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the relationship between work-family balance conflict, job reputation, sense of calling, and decent work was checked for female teachers with children during the COVID-19 period, and the relationship between the structural equation model and work-family coexistence conflict, job reputation and sense of calling was positive. The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of work. Methods For this purpose, an online questionnaire consisting of scales measuring work-family balance conflict, job reputation, sense of calling, and decent work was conducted for 286 female teachers with children across the country, and the final 249 responses were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed through the structural equation model using SPSS20.0 and AMOS26.0. Results The main results of analyzing the collected data are as follows. first. As a result of a correlation analysis between the major variables in this study, it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between work-family balance conflict and job reputation. Second, the results of correlation analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between work-family balance conflict and decent work, and the final model also supported the result that work-family balance conflict positively predicts decent work. Third, as a result of examining the significance of the mediating effect of decent work on the path from work-family balance conflict and female teachers' perceived job reputation to a sense of vocation during the COVID-19 period, decent work is associated with work-family balance conflict and job reputation. appeared to be completely mediated. In the light of these research results, it was found that work-family balance conflict and job reputation influence the sense of calling and calling through good work, respectively, and in the relationship between work-family balance conflict/professional reputation and the sense of calling It can be said that good work is influencing the perfectly mediating effect. Conclusions By examining whether the mediating effect of a decent job appears on the path that female teachers experience during the COVID-19 period, the work-family reconciliation conflict and professional reputation on the path toward the sense of vocation, it is necessary to identify the preceding mechanism for carrying out the vocation and the basis of the counseling intervention method. It was intended to provide relevant data.
