다문화 가정 지적장애 한 아동을 지원한 실무자 3인의 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 지적장애 한 아동을 2년 이상 지원한 경험이 있는 실무자 3인을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 그들의 경험과 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 5년 이상의 지원 경력을 가진 특수교사 1인, 담임선생님 1인, 전문상담사 1인 총 3명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 모든 면담은 개별로 이루어졌으며 Giorgi의현상학적 방법 절차에 따라 분석하였다, 질적 분석 결과, ‘점점 드러나는 지적장애의 실체’, ‘밑 빠진 독에 관심 채우기‘, ‘아동을 향한 실무자의 노력’, ’좋아지지 않은 아동에 대한 자책‘, ’소진, 그럼에도 불구하고‘ 5가지의 본질적주제와 12개의 중심주제, 21개의 의미 단어가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 다문화 지적장애 한 아동을 지원한 실무자 3인의 경험과 인식을 심층적으로 고찰함으로써 다문화 지적장애 아동을 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한 첫 시도라는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to understand their experiences and perceptions through in-depth interviews with three practitioners who had experience supporting a child with multicultural intellectual disability for more than two years. A total of three people, one special education teacher, one homeroom teacher, and one professional counselor, who had more than 5 years of application experience participated in this study. All interviews were conducted individually and analyzed according to Giorgi's phenomenological method. Five essential themes, 12 central themes, and 21 semantic words were derived from 'blaming the child for not getting better', 'exhaustion, nevertheless'. This study is significant in that it is the first attempt to prepare basic data to support children with multicultural intellectual disabilities more effectively by examining in depth the experiences and perceptions of three practitioners who supported a child with multicultural intellectual disability.
